Identifying the constraining factors of Production and yield gap is very important. Therefore; this research was performed to identify the Production constraining factors of local rice cultivars. All management practices from nursery preparation to harvesting stages for 100 paddy fields of local rice cultivars were recorded through field studies, in Sari, from 2015-2016. In the CPA, the actual and calculated potential yield were 4495 and 5703 kg/ha, respectively and the gap was 1221 kg/ha. The yield gap caused by number of top-dressing variables was 324 kg/ha, equal to 27% of the total yield gap. The yield gap related to previous year of legumes cultivation was 218 kg ha-1, equal to 18% of the total yield variation. Among the 10 variables entered in the CPA model, the effects of top-dress fertilizer application and its application frequency and foliar application were remarkable, which could compensate a significant part of the yield gap (444 kg/ha, 37% of total) in the farmers’ fields by managing these variables. According to boundary line analysis (BLA) finding, actual yield mean on the basis of optimal limit related to 12 variables under study was 5369 kg/ha, with 881 kg/ha yield gap . Mean relative yield and relative yield gap for 12 variables (transplanting date, seedling age, number of seedlings per hill, planting density, nitrogen and phosphorous per hectare, nitrogen before transplanting, harvesting date, lodging problem, pest problem, diseases problem and weeds problem) were 83.64 and 16.35 kg/ha, respectively. Based on the finding, it can be stated that the model precision is appropriate and can be applied for both estimation of the quantity of yield gap and determining the portion of each restricting yield variables.

In this paper, the formulation and creation of an enterprise-wide global Production Planning system for the semiconductor industry are described, using linear optimization as the core Planning technology. The objective is to generate Production plans on a weekly or daily basis which are optimized to maximize customer service and cash flow in response to a prioritized statement of demand. When evaluating Production alternatives, the system observes defined product and process structure relationships, as well as capacity and materials limitations within the various stages of manufacturing.

This paper presents an integrated Production and inventory model. Our multi-echelon model includes the maximization of Production while it minimizes the cost of Production, inventory holding and setup operations. The model consists of two main parts, the primary and finishing operations. The primary operation corresponds to purchasing of raw material and the finishing operation is for preparation of finished product. Demand is influenced by price elasticity and the cost of purchasing raw material is also affected by demand. The resulted model, therefore, is highly nonlinear and non-convex. Geometric Programming (GP) is used to locate the global solution of the proposed model. We analyze the solution in different cases in order to study the behaviour of the model and for each case, a numerical examples is used to demonstrate the implementation of our analysis.

IN Production Planning WHEN PRODUCT PRICE AND CAPACITY, UNIT COST AND MARKET DEMAND ARE FUZZY THE ORDINARY LINEAR PROGRAMMING COULD NOT LEAD US TO OPTIMAL SOLUTION. THE FUZZY LINEAR PROGRAMMING (FLP) IS APPLIED FOR SOLVING THE HIERARCHICAL Production Planning (HPP) PROBLEMS. THIS STUDY DEVELOPED FUZZY AGGREGATE Production Planning (APP) TO FUZZY HIERARCHICAL Production Planning. FUZZY CONSTRAINTS ARE APPLIED FOR INCREASING FLEXIBILITY AND COMPATIBILITY AMONG DIFFERENT LEVELS OF HIERARCHICAL MODEL. A PROCEDURE FOR THE SOLUTION IS DEVELOPED AND INVESTIGATED BY A NUMERICAL EXAMPLE. THE PROPOSED PROCEDURE CONFIRMS BETTER RESULTS ALSO INCREASE THE FEASIBILITY OF HIERARCHICAL PROBLEM.

Production costs in general, and workforce and inventory costs in particular, constitute a large fraction of the operating costs of many manufacturing plants. We introduce cooperative aggregate Production Planning as a way to decrease these costs. That is, when Production Planning of two or more facilities (plants) is integrated, they can interchange workforce and products inventory; thus, their product demands can be satisfied at lower cost. This paper quantifies the cost saving and synergy of different coalitions of Production plants by a new linear model for cooperative aggregate Planning problem. The developed approach is explicated with a numerical example in which inventory and workforce levels of different coalitions of facilities are evaluated. Afterward, a key question would be how the cost saving of a coalition should be divided among members. We tackle the problem using different methods of cooperative game theory. These methods are implemented in the numerical example to gain an insight into properties of the corresponding game results.

مدیریت تولید و کنترل عملیات از مسائل پیچیده و مهم دنیای صنعتی امروزه است. در تحقیق حاضر، یک مدل سلسله مراتبی تولید در دو سطح برای برنامه ریزیی میان مدت و زمان بندی کوتاه مدت ارائه شده است. این مدل برای یک شرکت تولید کننده قطعات خودرو فراهم آمده، ولی می توان از آن برای موقعیتهای دیگر استفاده کرد. در تهیه مدل حاضر از مدلهای موجود در متون تحقیقی، به ویژه مدل مهرا (1995) استفاده گردیده، ولی تغییرهایی نیز در پاره ای از قسمتهای آن داده شده است. تابع هدف مدلهای پیشنهادی در تحقیق حاضر در جهت به حداقل رساندن مجموع ارزش ریالی ِ کالای در جریان ساخت و همچنین مجموع ارزش ریالی موجودی قطعات نهایی است. در سطح اول این مدل، برنامه ریزی در افق زمانی سه ماه و مدت زمان دو هفته انجام می پذیرد. سپس در سطح دوم، زمان بندی تولید با افق زمانی دو هفته و مدت زمان دو روز انجام می شود، به نحوی که اهداف تعیین شده توسط سطح اول تحقق یابد. سرانجام مدل پیشنهادی در شرکت ایپاکو مورد آزمون قرار گرفت و نتایج حاصل نشان دهنده بهبود قابل توجه در کم کردن کالای در جریان ساخت و موجودی نهایی قطعات تکمیل شده است.

صنعت بانکداری در دنیا و به ویژه در ایران، جزو آن دسته از سازمان های رقابتی هستند که در آنها فعالیت هایی به صورت موازی و سری در جهت تحقق اهداف صورت می گیرد. جهت نیل به این اهداف، هدف گذاری برای دوره بعدی فعالیت از موضوعات بسیار حساس و با اهمیت می باشد. تصمیماتی که مدیران اجرائی شرکت ها در زمینه افزایش ثروت سهامداران می گیرند تا حدی در گرو پیش بینی هائی است که از وقایع آینده می کنند. آنان با پیش بینی های کوتاه مدت و بلندمدت، برنامه های مالی شرکت را تهیه می کنند.این مقاله یک روش برای طراحی تولید و تخصیص بهینه منابع برای یک واحد تصمیم گیرنده مرکزی با چندین واحد تولیدی که هر یک شامل خطوط موازی تولید هستند را مورد مطالعه قرار می دهد. برای این منظور، میزان ورودی مصرف شده و خروجی تولید شده در فصل قبلی تولید و همچنین ظرفیت ورودی و خروجی ها مفروض هستند. به عبارت دیگر، برنامه ارائه شده جدید باید به گونه ای تدوین گردد که میزان کارایی نسبی همه خطوط تولید در فصل بعدی تولید بهبود یابند. در این مقاله، فرض شده است که با افزایش مقادیر ورودی، خروجی های هر یک از خطوط تولید در فصل بعدی تولید، افزایش بیابند. در انتها به منظور نشان دادن قابلیت های روش اشاره شده، یک مثال کاربردی روی داده های یکی از بانک های تجاری کشور ارائه خواهد شد.

Today competitive environment has enforced practitioners and researchers to pay great attention to issues enhancing both Production and marketing competitiveness. To do so, it has been obligatory for the firms to consider Production side activities while customer requirements are on the other side of competition. In this regard, hybrid make-to-stock (MTS) /make-to-order (MTO) Production systems have revealed outstanding results. This paper addresses multi-site Production Planning of a hybrid manufacturing firm for the first time in the hybrid systems’ body of literature. In this regard, a network of suppliers, manufacturers and customers is considered for which a mixed-integer mathematical model is proposed. Objective function of the proposed mathematical model seeks to maximize profitability of the manufacturing firm. Because of computational complexity of the developed mathematical model, a genetic algorithm is developed upon which numerical experiments are reported in order to show validity and applicability of the proposed model.

The lack of Quranic approaches in the Production of Quran-based humanities is still felt, despite the predominance of the philosophical approach in critical approaches to modern humanities, which has become very common in the Islamic world and in Iran for several decades. It seems that the capacity of the method of thematic exegesis (al-Tafsīr al-mawdū'ī, Arabic: التفسیر الموضوعیّ) in this regard, can be used to bring the Holy Quran into the field of humanities. Thematic exegesis, according to whether its subject is inside or outside the Qur'an, has several functions in criticizing the structure of modern knowledge and scientific research, as well as the Production of Islamic humanities. It is possible to make use of thematic exegesis of the inside of the Holy Book of Quran in order to “fundamental criticism” of the general fundamentals of humanities -the fundamentals of epistemology, axiology, ontology and anthropology- and it is also possible to use thematic exegesis for constructing and producing foundation of humanities obtained from the Holy Quran. It is used by thematic interpretation exegesis of the outside of the Holy Book of Quran -such as Shahīd (martyr) Sadr’s interrogational approach- to answer the problems of humanities and this process faces challenges such as the complexity and multiplicity of the “subject” of the humanities that exist in modern terminology of this field. It can be used in order to solve this issue in some cases to know the process of the change of the components of the modern of the conceptual history’s approach and also by analyzing the issue into several components can be shown that the components are not necessarily a product of the modern era and can be followed up in the Holy Quran and can be found up in the Holy Quran. The perspective of the Holy Quran, after that, regarding the modern subject in the desired field by the “combining” of the results obtained based on the thematic interpretation.

ABSTRACT The attention of contemporary planners to environmental factors and increasing awareness and communication of man with his surrounding environment has increased the layers and defining factors of design and Planning concepts. In such a way, a common problem with the issue of environmental capabilities to respond was put in front of the planners. The collection of ideas presented in this era was in the form of responsive Planning, focusing on the maximum use of environmental capabilities. The necessity of the emergence of a comprehensive discourse to overcome the plurality of factors, definitions and design methods in the environmental fields has been given less attention. Based on this, the current research aims to organize the leading theories in this field in a targeted manner and seeks to improve them based on their synergy. The structural question of this research is the meanings, examples and meaningful contexts of flexibility in various aspects and scales of urban Planning. The research method used is qualitative thematic analysis with the help of artificial intelligence in MAXQDA software in a 6-step processing process. The important application of this research is to structure the minds of the planners of this field to reduce the scattered and interdisciplinary problems of the resources. The results of this research revealed dimensions such as identification and recognizability, diversity and changeability, adaptability and expandability, distribution, separation and continuity, organization and compatibility in the field of flexibility and related to the corresponding parts in urban Planning   Extended Abstract Introduction Responsiveness-based design and Planning emphasizing the maximum use of environmental capacities to meet users' needs implicitly cause a targeted improvement of environmental quality. As the environmental awareness of contemporary man has expanded and the platforms have become more diverse, many challenges are raised in the field of environment-oriented in the field of infrastructure quality and service provision. Urban developments and new developments in cities should be interpreted with integrated conceptualization. The conceptualization of interpretive flexibility in the Planning and designing of public spaces in the city is used as an interdisciplinary perspective in urban space design to open and discuss its connection and potential as an approach to strengthening social cohesion and inclusion. The general definition of flexibility is that it can create places with new forms of meaning and be used for different groups to strengthen its coherence and multidisciplinary inclusion in terms of design and Planning of space and body. On this basis, the concept of flexibility is proposed as a principle in the context of design and Planning due to its wide range of effects on background phenomena. The history of such a role can be seen in the diversity of users' needs. In such a way, it is impossible to express the specific time and area of the need to pay attention to this concept. This is in line with Oldenburg's theory of "social public spaces," in which being in public space, communicating with people and the environment through observing the streets, sidewalks, squares, and parks of the city is a necessary step for people as a part of their social life. The meaningfulness of the design of the artificial environment was considered. In any case, in the contemporary era, on the one hand, at the same time as the quantitative and qualitative increase of human environmental awareness, there is no longer any phenomenon in the eyes of contemporary man arising from a unique aspect and range of factors. On the other hand, his life needs in the individual and collective dimensions have seen a high diversity, which has led to the formation of multiple semantic domains of past flexibility. The meaning of flexibility in such an interdisciplinary platform and basic design refers to the concept of understanding and responding quickly and efficiently to environmental changes. Such a holistic definition for this broad field of environmental design means the implicit acceptance of the role of scale in the meaningful domain of these concepts. On a macro scale, it means making design options to increase the presence, participation, and power of choices of users of the environment in participatory urban Planning and design methods, and on a small scale, it means making design options to increase spatial quality and, as a result, the quality of activities. The daily activities of environmental users are through selection against the "dominant space." Flexibility at different scales is crucial for dimensional optimization, shaping, and structuring spatial features, leading to improved performance of space components and spaces. The development of the concept of "flexibility" from various studies in metropolitan to micro scales, such as interior architecture, allows it to pass the discourse of responsiveness to provide a broad approach to environmental design in which different values, interests, and priorities are prioritized. As a result, the issue of flexibility in environmental design has been raised as a multi-dimensional field in the design and Planning of the basic environment. The breadth and complexity of this concept have made the researchers of this field deal with it in one or more ways, and it has been avoided to provide a comprehensive framework about the nature and structuring processes. The current research presents a structured view of flexibility in architecture and urban Planning with an environmental approach.   Methodology The methodology to achieve this goal is to use the macro research method and achieve a comprehensive framework by combining categorized interpretations. In such a way that by sorting and categorizing these concepts and bases in a new way, he has found a new level of theoretical findings, which will be a suitable answer for the gaps in scientific knowledge and scientific methods created in this field. In this context, the research method "thematic analysis" has been used with a qualitative approach and the use of library resources. Also, to overcome the breadth and complexity of these concepts and the multi-layer networking of concepts in this research method, artificial intelligence has been used in MAXQDA research assistance software.   Results and discussion In the meantime, attention should also be paid to the fields of influence and application of the results of this research because designers refer to flexibility as the creator of environmental qualities, including dynamism. Also, since flexibility, along with the principles of readability and adaptability, affect the lifestyle and behavioral patterns of the audience of environmental design in architecture and urban Planning, it will also be effective in dealing with the challenge of complexity in environmental design factors. One of the key questions for achieving research goals on this issue is how flexibility in environmental design impacts the relationship between flexibility and scale.   Conclusion The most important finding of this research suggests that first, it requires a focus on the conditions under which the processes of perceiving human abilities and discovering the needs of the human audience can manifest. The theoretical framework arises from a comparative approach between design disciplines. These conditions are independent of the final state of the design product, and strengthening the environmental capacities will lead to a direction and an area that includes environmental flexibility. By responding to new situations, the construction of the space and the body within a space building can be adapted to various configurations. Even though the environment may remain constant, the designed place will continue functioning as a strong living system over time.  It also seems that the nature of issues related to flexibility has complexity. Considering that the quality of flexibility in urban Planning and architecture is significant in multilevel and multifaceted scales from micro to macro, it is important to pay attention to the scale of different variables.
